Job Overview
Nickobi Royal Frames is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Photo Framing Personnel to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will handle the design, cutting, assembly, and preservation of custom picture frames. We welcome candidates who already possess vast knowledge in custom picture framing, as well as enthusiastic individuals who possess basic hands-on skills and are eager to learn the craft at a professional level.
Key Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, and assemble high-quality custom frames, mats, and glass.
- Mount photographs, canvas prints, and artwork using safe preservation techniques.
- Consult with clients to select the best framing materials, styles, and colors.
- Maintain workshop tools, machinery, and inventory in a clean, organized manner.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our royal quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Location: Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Ojota, Ketu, or Agege (candidates outside these areas will not be considered).
- Experience: Proven experience in custom picture framing is highly preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly is acceptable.
- Availability: Must be ready to resume work immediately.
- Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong measurement skills, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media.
- Record behind-the-scenes videos of framing and photography projects.
- Produce Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook posts, and YouTube Shorts.
- Write engaging captions and promotional content.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
- Photograph newly completed framing projects and studio sessions.
- Monitor social media trends and create relevant content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services.
